The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, an existing book of business, and the ability to “cross-pollinate” the existing book of business with our current and future clientele.

SALES ASSISTANT – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

This position requires the ability to obtain, disseminate, and distribute large amounts of information regarding complex commercial real estate acquisitions and divestitures.

The qualified candidate must be able to interface with clientele in an intelligent, decisive, and professional manner while adhering to industry protocol.

This is a full-time position at our offices in Boca Raton, Florida. Compensation is strictly based on a portion of the success fees generated by the firm leadership. Estimated annual income is $75,000 to $175,000. Prior commercial real estate experience is not required. However, the qualified candidate must be able to rapidly learn all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. CLIENT COORDINATOR INTERN – FILM AND TELEVISION PRODUCTION

Meredith Productions is seeking a Client Coordinator Intern to help coordinate certain aspects of our film and television productions. The qualified candidate will interface with other production companies, investors, and all Meredith Productions clientele. These activities include receiving and organizing screenplays/scripts, creating treatments/summaries, and distributing/presenting the above to our existing and future clientele. Prior film and television production experience is not required. However, the qualified candidate will receive high-level quality instruction/guidance and must be able to rapidly learn most aspects of film and television production. The time requirements are 10 to 12 hours per week with flexibility. The qualified candidate will work from our offices in Boca Raton, FL. This is a non-paid internship position with the potential to become an hourly part-time position with further potential for full-time employment.
