Blythe Frank, an established independent producer for over 15 years, is based in New York. Included in her tenure, she has worked in development with Mike Hausman at Cinehaus, as well as the Sundance Lab, Flickerlab Studios and Time Inc. She has produced documentaries for PBS, and award-winning commercials and PSAs.  Throughout the years, she has developed a wide network of financing partners and entities and is extremely well-versed in the art of independent financing structures and methodologies. In the 2014 she produced WILD OATS starring Shirley MacLaine and Jessica Lange, SHOWING ROOTS starring Elizabeth McGovern, Maggie Grace and Adam Brody, and Rob Reiner’s BEING CHARLIE starring Nick Robinson, Cary Elwes and Common. She is currently in development stage on three films with Andy Tennant, and is set to produce a film with Luke and Owen Wilson in summer 2015 and a film with Denzel Washington’s in fall 2015. Her work is driven by the insatiable desire to “put good things into the world.” Blythe received her BA in Comparative Literature from The American University of Paris, MA in Comparative Literature from La Sorbonne Nouvelle and MFA in Film Producing from Columbia University.
